Mucus Before Your Period?

Castelas - November 22, 2009 - Chao buddy !!!!!! The SJA to

The rendezvous Do not miss this year was''the round of Castelas''Rochefort du Gard. Why? It was the 10th and last.
He reigned over the race a very special atmosphere because of''lack''of his physical and creative organizer Bernard Redon who passed away on April 6th ... the day after the Marathon de Cheverny. Yet Bernard was present throughout the weekend and participated in the race. He had settled all the details before you leave.

But back on our stay. Everything begins Friday evening at a restaurant in Avignon. Chantal, Veronique, Marc and I find Brillard Marisol and Bruno, a former ASJiste installed there. Retrouvaille very nice.
Saturday morning towards the Palace of the Popes''''and the''Pont d'Avignon''to an exciting tour. Restaurant terrace then, yes, we are in the south ...

Bib pick early in the afternoon at Rochefort du Gard, a small city tour and a drink before we attend a conference the risks of doping athletes ...
Sunday morning, we find Odile and Yves Book. Yves is disguised as cow and will accompany the 3 clown on the 10.5 km route is very steep.

The refreshments are very rich, cheese, pate and of course''primeur''we have no shortage of taste. We finish the distance in 1:03, which is not an achievement but we are pleased to be greeted by a''journalist''Midi Libre for a story where we have the opportunity to highlight our membership'' Marathon de Cheverny.''

We are also honored among the best costumes before enjoying the pavement of the Aubrac ... and the Cotes du Rhone scoop.

Bernard also made the race via his best friends who have participated with a giant portrait throughout the course.

He remained in our side with a T-shirt created in his image. A medal, a T-shirt''Round Castelas''a bottle of primeur tasting glass and a full staffing of each participant.

After this great moment of emotion, we enjoy the sun to go and see the Pont du Gard. Magnificent.

We end the evening in Avignon for a new dining terrace ...
Monday morning, think about taking the path of return. Step to Orange to visit the ancient theater. It is worth seeing.
Thanks Isabelle, Jacques thank you for having us to live this unforgettable experience, and thank you Bernard. Without the round of Castelas''''we would probably never known Rochefort du Gard. Chao
buddy.
