Mucus Before Your Period?

Castelas - November 22, 2009 - Chao buddy !!!!!! The SJA to

The rendezvous Do not miss this year was''the round of Castelas''Rochefort du Gard. Why? It was the 10th and last.
He reigned over the race a very special atmosphere because of''lack''of his physical and creative organizer Bernard Redon who passed away on April 6th ... the day after the Marathon de Cheverny. Yet Bernard was present throughout the weekend and participated in the race. He had settled all the details before you leave.

But back on our stay. Everything begins Friday evening at a restaurant in Avignon. Chantal, Veronique, Marc and I find Brillard Marisol and Bruno, a former ASJiste installed there. Retrouvaille very nice.
Saturday morning towards the Palace of the Popes''''and the''Pont d'Avignon''to an exciting tour. Restaurant terrace then, yes, we are in the south ...

Bib pick early in the afternoon at Rochefort du Gard, a small city tour and a drink before we attend a conference the risks of doping athletes ...
Sunday morning, we find Odile and Yves Book. Yves is disguised as cow and will accompany the 3 clown on the 10.5 km route is very steep.

The refreshments are very rich, cheese, pate and of course''primeur''we have no shortage of taste. We finish the distance in 1:03, which is not an achievement but we are pleased to be greeted by a''journalist''Midi Libre for a story where we have the opportunity to highlight our membership'' Marathon de Cheverny.''

We are also honored among the best costumes before enjoying the pavement of the Aubrac ... and the Cotes du Rhone scoop.

Bernard also made the race via his best friends who have participated with a giant portrait throughout the course.

He remained in our side with a T-shirt created in his image. A medal, a T-shirt''Round Castelas''a bottle of primeur tasting glass and a full staffing of each participant.

After this great moment of emotion, we enjoy the sun to go and see the Pont du Gard. Magnificent.

We end the evening in Avignon for a new dining terrace ...
Monday morning, think about taking the path of return. Step to Orange to visit the ancient theater. It is worth seeing.
Thanks Isabelle, Jacques thank you for having us to live this unforgettable experience, and thank you Bernard. Without the round of Castelas''''we would probably never known Rochefort du Gard. Chao
buddy.

Strides of Oumière

Go to Corine and Patrick Friday at noon on the island of Oleron.
the menu of the weekend:
- Walk on the island;
- tasting seafood;
- Good humor and fun;
I forgot, a 20km (the Strides of Oumière) is also planned.

After a meal prepared by Corine and more than nice, we decide for a digestive stroll in the forest, followed by a breath of fresh air on the beach deserted by tourists in this season. We conclude late afternoon on the fishing port of Cotinière.
It's cocktail hour, we must return.

Saturday morning, we went to the sports complex in St. Peter to withdraw our bib. We meet a few familiar faces whose band Ruffec met here last year. Their project to come to Cheverny its way and we should soon see them arrive in Loir et Cher. Lunch
a bit sportier than yesterday, and here we are on the starting line on this magnificent running track under overcast skies with little wind.

We are about 250, the atmosphere is friendly and after a minute's silence in memory of a host we're off for 20 terminals.
Unlike the decision to race alone, we leave too soon. Too bad, we'll see if the last mile will be in pain. At the end of the first round, competitors in the 10km abandon us to our fate and we get a little lonely.
After 3 terminals, we see off some competitors. We are encouraged by "Go Cheverny" it's good, our marathon is known.
was not too bad, we begin a beautiful ascent to the finish but unfortunately fails Corine 10 seconds to reach the podium in its class. It will be for next time.

After a good shower, we go to dinner and dance party organizers. Many people, the DJ puts the atmosphere, our friends were fishing ... Ruffec
short, a very good evening and a great organization to recommend.

A very good weekend as we know the ASJ and organize a big thank you to Corine and Patrick for their hospitality.

Marathon Cognac Jarnac - November 14, 2009

This year, they are only 2 and 3 ASJistes volunteers who represent the marathon Cheverny Jarnac. Philippe
will run the marathon, Veronica, Cecilia and Anita will be the arrival of supplies.

I'll just run 10 miles,''because''my hind legs have not completely forgotten the marathon last weekend.
John Paul has been with us for the marathon run also, his 9th this year. Wow, I found''insane''more than me !!!!! On Friday evening
, Cognac-Schweppes is flowing, and we find ourselves at the table of''Friends''Jesus.
Hubert, as usual provided the Médoc. We will not die of thirst !!!!!!
Sunday morning, Philippe, Jean-Paul and Jesus are''fine''in their costumes.

I quietly during my 10 km, and Philippe buckle his marathon 3H42'avec costume and camera. Hat ... ... .. Rose hat !!!!!
Jesus found his devil on the course, and Jean-Paul''''galley with his knee ...

A marathon every 15 days, perhaps too !!!!!!
We meet around 20:00 in the evening gala. Florine is a beautiful T-Shirt Cheverny''2009''and chose the 2 most beautiful boys in the evening we present !!!!!!!

I also put my two knees at the disposal of the 2 prettiest waitresses for the evening ...

What dedication to the promotion of Cheverny Marathon! And Veronica
who believes that I enjoy ...
Sunday morning, Philip and''3''chicks participate in the hike in the rain.
yet another lesson in courage !!!!!
And this is not the only one. At 4:30 p.m., I attend to the passage of Serge Girard, who toured the 27 countries of the European community.

It will cover a total of over 25,000 km. He has been gone for exactly a month, and must travel 70 km per day for one year. Who says better?

See you next week for new adventures.

Showing Off One's Boobs

Nice - Cannes - The marathon''early bird''- November 8, 2009

3 ASJistes had put the program on the Nice-Cannes marathon. The marathon started in 2008 has risen in the first year in 2nd place French marathons.

Anne Séverine and I, we set the goal at 3:25. It must be a bit ambitious ...
Passage mandatory Saturday at the Marathon Village. Even at 900 km from here is amazing how many famous people that we can meet!
10,450 registrants, the number of participants is identical to last year. The departure is at 8:00, the weather will be perfect with overcast and no wind.

Sunday, the alarm goes off at 4:30, breakfast at the apartment, and we take the 6:34 train to Cannes to Nice. A crowded train''of''marathon without a ticket.
8:00: departure on the promenade des Anglais. The setting is beautiful. We are at the back of the airlock 3:15, to precede the 3:30 group. A flat course and rolling. Until the semi, we are still together and the sea view is nice.
Girls were slightly lower pace, and I leave on the basis set: 4'50''per kilo ...
From the 27th km, the real fun begins with a round of increasingly steep''.''

32nd km, my legs behind me are aware of my''under-training.''
the 35th, I am overwhelmed by Jesus. Despite his pain everywhere,''''resurrects always approaching the finish. For once he runs into''civil''.
For me though, is''my''Stations of the Cross because I have more and more sore legs. I'm catching up with those I doubled between the 20th and 30th.
the 40th, we arrived on the Croisette in Cannes, Anne is my height, and continues on a pace I can not hang ...
The finish line is there. Happy to finish!!
Result - Anne: 3.30 '02''- Christian: 3.31 '04''- Severine: 3.34 '59''.
Finally, we will say it's not bad ...

The day ends at Frejus in an exhibition on the''dam''Malpasset whose rupture occurred 50 years ago. A wave of 60 meters high swept away everything in its path and has 392 victims. When you see the pictures, for us it was''''bienpasset

48 hours after we have lunch on the terrace in Nice, we're in a T-shirt, the sun shines, and it is difficult to imagine that some are in the gray !!!!!!!

The next appointment is in Jarnac
